LINCS Healthcare is an Approved Provider of Services to the Department of Veterans Affairs. To ensure that the veterans under our care receive the highest quality and standards of care, we liaise with the veteran’s own treating specialist, as well as any hospital or other health services that are involved.

Veterans with a Gold card are eligible for a range of fully funded health care services. White card holders may also be eligible if they have a war or services related problem which requires health care services.

At LINCS we have a range of skilled staff including Registered Nurses, Personal Carers, Occupational Therapists and Physiotherapists all of whom can visit the veteran in his or her own home.

We also have a Care Clinic at our branch at the Sunshine Coast where the veteran can have all his or her health needs attended to in a private and professional setting.

Our nurses are all highly skilled and can provide the veteran with a range of cares should he or she need them, including:

• General Nursing and Clinical Support
• Wound Care – Simple and Complex
• Administration of IV Antibiotics
• Stoma and IDC Care

• Blood Glucose Level testing & Diabetic management & Education
• Continence care
• Medication management

• Parkinson's care

• Oncology

• Palliative Care
• Management of PICC Lines and Infusion Delivery Device Pumps
• Care Planning and Assessments 

Our Personal Care Services offers showering, dressing and grooming and toileting assistance.

Referrals to LINCS can be made by the veteran's General Practitioner or through a Hospital Discharge Planner.
