Our experienced Home Care Nurses include Clinical Nurse Consultants, Registered and Endorsed Enrolled Nurses who all undergo comprehensive employment procedures including police clearance checks and ongoing education and training.

A key component of our Community Care Brisbane and Sunshine Coast services is to provide comprehensive discharge planning, including referrals to community based services for ongoing care. This applies to all of our Home Care Services, across our Community Care Brisbane and Sunshine Coast clients and incuding Community Nursing Services. LINCS Healthcare® can provide all of your Community Health Care needs.
