Community Care, Nursing Services & Home Care Nurses

Home Care Nurses

Our experienced Home Care Nurses include Clinical Nurse Consultants, Registered and Endorsed Enrolled Nurses who all undergo comprehensive employment procedures including police clearance checks and ongoing education and training.

A key component of our Community Care Brisbane and Sunshine Coast services is to provide comprehensive discharge planning, including referrals to community based services for ongoing care.


We also offer:

  • 7-day availability for referrals and admissions 
  • On-call and after hours accessibility to a clinical nurse consultant, 7 days a week
  • Provision of services usually within 24 hours
  • Potential to reduce non-urgent hospital presentations
